Located in the heart of Zakopane, Hotel Foluszowy Potok was first opened for the Guests in 1999. Since the very beginning it has been gaining trust of our Guests due to high quality of service and true hospitality.
Although current Hotel Foluszowy Potok obtained absolutely new appearance, the assets, for which you appreciated our hotel remained the same. In our modern interiors we captured spirit and atmosphere from the past years, that made Hotel Foluszowy Potok a vivid memory.

THE BEAUTY OF ZAKOPANE Attractions
The origins of Zakopane dates back to the XVI century, but a true bloom of the city began in the middle of XIX century, when Doctor Tytus Chałubiński discovered beneficial aspects of local climate. Due to his commitment the city was later recognised as a health resort. Another prominent figure in the history of Zakopane was count Władysław Zamoyski, often called "man of the moment" of Podhale, who was the forefather of the Tatra National Park. Since then, the city has become a very popular tourist destination and gained the name of the Winter Capital of Poland.
Zakopane is a unique place, not only because of its’ rich history and location, but also thanks to the great varierty of attractions, perfect for all vistitors at all seaons. Hiking? Relax in thermal baths? Regional handcraf or maybe traditional Tatra cuisine? All of these can be found at the foot of Tatra Mountains.

Cable Car Gubałówka
operating all year long cable car, takes passengers from Zakopane to Gubałówka. Carriages were firstly produced by Von Roll Berno from Switzerland, now it is run by Garaventa and Mostostal Czechowice.
Cable car Kasprowy Wierch
operating all year long cable car goes from Kuźnice to the top of Kasprowy Wierch in Tatra Mountains. The whole route lays in Tatra National Park and is maintained by Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A.
Krupówki Street
it is one of the most recognisable streets in Poland and is located in the center of Zakopane. It starts at the junction with Nowotarska Street and continues as a promenade for more than one kilometer. Krupówki is an extension of Zamoyskiego Street.
Nostal 1206 m n.p.m.
Nosal is a mountain in Western Tatra Mountains in the vicinity of Kuźnice, between the Bystra Valley and Olczyska Valley. The name od the mountain comes from the shape of rocks from the northern–west side, which resemble a nose.
Ski station Polana Szymoszkowa
ski resort located in Zakopane at southern slope of Gubałówka. Lower station is situated by Droga Powstańców Śląskich, which leads from Zakopane to Kościelisko.
Wielka Krokiew Ski Jump
large hill with the construction point K125 and size HS 140. Wielka Krokiew is located at the northern slope of Krokiew Mountain (1378 m a.s.l.) in Zakopane. The hill is named after Stanisław Marusarz and is governed by Centralny Ośrodek Sportu.
